This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was editing a page translated from Spanish to English using WPML, including shortcodes and images. After some time, changes reverted as if they were never made, followed by a critical error that broke the English main page and affected the Spanish version's shortcodes.
Solution:
We recommended checking if the issue was related to the site menus not displaying correctly and suggested using the WPML → WP Menus Sync feature. Detailed instructions for this process can be found here: Translating Menus Documentation.
We also asked the client to provide more details on how they were editing or modifying elements on the translated page to better understand and address the issue.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I was finishing the translation this morning (automatic) from Spanish to English using WPML. Then I went to one page and started changing (editing) some elements - shortcodes, images, some places in the text.

Symptoms:
After 3 hours, I saw that everything was back as it was, as if I hadn't changed anything. I started changing again and got some kind of critical error. The English main page broke completely, and all the shortcodes on the Spanish version also disappeared.

Questions:
MY SITE IS BROKEN!! ENG and ES versions!!

And I also want to know this translation is final? I can't change the information selectively myself? Not through your advanced translation

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Just to clarify—are you referring to the site menus not displaying correctly? If so, have you tried syncing them using the WPML → WP Menus Sync feature?

You can find detailed instructions here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

If your menu were created in a specific way, please explain this as well.

Additionally, could you let us know how you were editing or modifying elements on the translated page? This information will help us better understand the issue.
