[Resolved] Status «pending review» never stops showing
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is facing two issues: first, two items in the translation queue are marked as 'status: pending review' and display an endlessly spinning icon. Second, French links are not correctly translated, leading to pages with URLs that remain untranslated. Solution: 1) To resolve the endlessly spinning icon in the translation queue: - Navigate to WPML-> Translation Dashboard. - Turn off the 'translate everything automatically' option. - Refresh the page. - Check the Translation Jobs tab to ensure no jobs are stuck.
2) To fix the untranslated French URLs: - The URLs were not translated inside ATE; we have now translated them. Please verify if they now correctly redirect on the translated home page.
Additionally, check the WPML-> Translations page to confirm that no pages are stuck in the pending review status. If issues persist, it might be due to outdated solutions or specific configurations that differ from your setup. We recommend visiting related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, please open a new support ticket.

Hello,
two problems: the first is that there are two items marked as «status: pending review» in the translation queue that are showing a endlessly spinning icon (see images 1 and 2).
The second is that french links are leading to pages with URls that are not being translated to french. It is a site that I took over from anagency so I do not know exactly what they did (or didn't do).
Can you give me some advice on fixing these two issues? Thank you!
I did the firdt thing before calling on your «support»:
* Make a minor change to the page content (e.g., add a space, a period, or a temporary word).
* Save or Update the page.
3. **Resend for translation:**
The setting «Translate slugs» was checked before already (see image).
Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue and found two posts with the same name: one was published, and the other was not published correctly. I ran the WPML troubleshooting options, which resolved the issue.
Please review them and delete the duplicate.
Kindly check the WPML-> Translations page and confirm whether any pages are stuck in the pending review status.
a. there is one job to be checked showing, but the link is inactive (image).
b. 3 failed translation attempts in queue, which cannot be canceled or worked on
c. there is no possibility to cancel from dropdown-menu
d. button-links on the french homepage lead to german content
1) In order to cancel stuck jobs, please check the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Translation Dashboard
2- Switch off, translate everything automatically
3- Refresh the page
4- Go to the Translation Jobs tab
Kindly check this hidden link">screenshot.
2) The URLs were not translated inside ATE, so I translated them. Please check if they work as expected on the translated home page.

3) There are no pending jobs for you to check. Please go to WPML-> Translation Dashboard, and check the green banner.
Translate Everything Automatically has finished translating your content. There are no pending translations in the queue.
this switch away from ATE got rid of the reminder flag. But what if I preferred automatic translation: Can I switch it back on again?
The slugs of the french pages are still not translated (see image). There is just the country code in front of the german slug. Translation should be profilbois or something like that. Should I manually translate these slugs in the backend? Or in the translation editor?
