Hello,

I see you are using hidden link plugin which is not coming from the official BuddyPress developers nor it is on our official compatible plugins lists:

Upon that, I also see it was last updated in 2019, which is a very long time.

I would advise contacting the theme author and checking for further updates and if the types from the plugin are translatable.

What I can suggest from our side is setting these types of CPT translatable and then translating them, but it might need additional compatibility work between the author and us, for which you can invite them to our GoGlobal program.
