This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate all visible elements on their website but is unable to find certain items for translation.

Solution:
We suggested using the Multilingual Tools plugin to handle the translation of custom Elementor widgets. We provided a guide for registering custom Elementor widgets for translation at https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/.

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket for further assistance at our support forum.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to translate everything that's visible on the site but it's not working. I can't find a lot of things...

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/

Is there a similar example that we can see?
hidden link -> not everything is translated to German, some things are.

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I checked hidden link but this looks all translated, or, perhaps not being a native speaker I am unable to identify.

Can you please explain what's exactly not translating? A screenshot 'd be helpful too.

I see that you're using Elementor, please check https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/ for details. Sometimes there are page-builder widgets which need to be registered and recognized by WPML. This guide 'll help you achieve that (i.e. Can’t Translate Your Custom Elementor Widget section).

Other than that, if you can't find the content in WPML -> String Translation, please check https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/ for details.

Regards.

Hi Waqas,

Thanks for your reply. I've read that documentation about Elementor and that's why I went on to contact you (that's what's in the documentation):

"Can’t Translate Your Custom Elementor Widget?
Ask our Support team for help – While you wait for the author to respond, open a ticket in our Support forum. Our team will try their best to assist you. In some cases, we may be able to provide a custom configuration file to make the widget translatable. If we can’t provide a quick solution, we’ll contact the theme or plugin author ourselves to speed things up."

That being said, I'll show you what's not translated and what is, because I understand you can't read that. I will show you some images. I think it's mostly about widgets from the theme. The images I show you are examples, there is more to be translated but all these widgets.

Thank you for the details. I understand the problem now.

I'll recommend checking this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/.

We've a Multilingual Tools plugin, specifically designed to deal with these cases. Please read and carefully follow the guide and you should be able to register and translate these Elementor widgets easily.
