Translations are stuck "In Progress"

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with the WPML plugin where translations are stuck 'In Progress' and are not saving.
Solution:
First, check if you submitted the pages for automatic translation or if you translated them manually. If it was automatic translation, ensure that your site has enough translation credits. mattD-14	Background of the issue: I am trying to get the WPML plugin to translate content on a site under development. I want the plugin to perform as expected since we paid for it. Symptoms: Translations are stuck 'In Progress' and the translations are not saving. Questions: Why are translations stuck 'In Progress'? Why are translations not saving?

mattD-14	Hi, We had another ticket open regarding the Automatic Translation credits found here: (Also we had already created a WordPress User for WPML with the credentials posted in the other ticket. We assume you can use those credentials to help troubleshoot this issue.) https://wpml.org/forums/topic/credits-are-not-being-add-to-use-for-automatic-translation/ There were communication problems between the site and WPML, but we resolved that with a new license key. We had over 200,000 credits assigned to the site, and we've been using them. Looks like we've been using them, so there's about 100,000 left. BUT, none of the translations are Completing. They are all getting stuck In Progress, even translations that we try to manually complete. We had responded to that other ticket, but I will post the reply here as well. From the other ticket: "Thank you, we tested out assigning credits and that seems to be working. However, we're now running into additional problems. The Translate Everything Automatically configuration is turned off as we want to choose what we translate. If I assign myself something a translation and use the ATE to translate, even though the translation is at a 100%, if I click Complete, the translation remains stuck "In Progress" and never finishes. It's not available for review and does not publish.
