This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have created a product with two different variations on your WooCommerce site using the Divi theme and translated it from English to French using WPML. However, the translation of one of the product variations is not recognized in French, preventing the product from being selected.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Make a small change to the original product (e.g., update the title or description).
2. Save the product.
3. Open the WPML Translation Editor and complete the translation process.
Additionally, run the troubleshooting options available in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency → Status and clicking on the Troubleshooting link at the bottom of the page.

If the problem persists, it might be due to an outdated solution or a different issue not covered here. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If necessary, please open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I created a product with two different variations on my WooCommerce site using the Divi theme by Elegant Themes. I fully translated the product from English to French using WPML.

Symptoms:
The translation of one of the product variations is not recognized in French, preventing the product from being selected.

Questions:
Why is the translation of one of my product variations not recognized in French?
How can I ensure that all product variations are selectable in the translated version?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Could you please provide a few examples to understand the issue better? Did you translate all the attributes?

In the meantime, have you tried the following steps?
1. Make a small change to the original product (e.g., update the title or description).
2. Save the product.
3. Open the WPML Translation Editor and complete the translation process.

Let me know if this helps or if the issue persists.

Thank you for the screencast. It gives me an understanding of the issue.

Please try the steps I suggested earlier and run the troubleshooting options in WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency → Status by clicking the Troubleshooting link at the bottom of the page.

If the issue persists, I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
