Hello,

I have a problem when trying to translate products. The advanced translation management is not opening up like normally. Instead it redirects to the edit product page. Its been working fine before, I think the problem started around mid december 2023.

Hi, I can see that the wordpress editor is checked on the products. if i change to wpml translation editor it works correctly. Is there anyway to force the products to use wpml editor instead of going in and changing it manually on every product?

When you switch between the Advanced Translation Editor and WordPress Editor, did you see the option shown in the attached screenshot?

Yes, however when i choose all products it does not seem to save the setting. It only changes when i choose this product.

Please update all WPML plugins to the latest version.

If the issue persits, I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
