Background of the issue:
We're trying to auto translate the US site of our multi site setup in our staging site before pushing it live today. We already translated the Canada site, and it worked fine. We deleted the existing Spanish home and retranslated, but the output is the same. The translations should be taken from the English pages of the sites (Canada, United States, and Global). Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

This only worked for the Canada site (English/Spanish).

Symptoms:
Automatic translation seems to not be working correctly. Instead of the expected translation from the English page, I got different content, apparently from a previous version. Also, credits count seems not to be accurate. This only worked for the Canada site (English/Spanish).

Questions:
Why is the automatic translation not working correctly for the US site?
Why is the output showing different content from a previous version instead of the expected translation?

Hello,

I'd like to knoe first of all your timezone because if you are in the USA or in that timezone, then I'll help you while we get a supporter from that timezone to speed things up 🙂

1) I'd like to start by asking in what language are the content coming from?

I mean, when you created the pages, did you create them in US English?

2) How exactly did you retranslate the spanish version of the home? can you give me the steps and the translation engine that you used?

3) You mentioned that "We deleted the existing Spanish home and retranslated, but the output is the same" and i take it that you mean that you had made changes to the original page and when you translated you got an old version, correct?

Please let me know so I can better understand what's going on.
