This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate the 'Sort By:' text in Arabic on their WooCommerce shop page, which is generated by the 'Filter Everything PRO' plugin.

Solution:
We discovered that the 'Filter Everything PRO' plugin is not currently on our compatibility list. We attempted to use the WPML Multilingual Tools plugin to register the Elementor widget for translation, but it did not expose any strings for translation. We recommend that the client contacts the plugin author to request a compatibility update with WPML. We provided information that could be useful for developers to make their themes/plugins compatible with WPML:

Hello Ahmed,

Reference to our recent chat, looks like you got disconnected while I waited for some time. So I had to move the chat to this ticket for further follow up.

Can you please confirm that if it is OK to deactivate other plugins (than WPML) and switch to a default theme for testing?

So far looks like that other options haven't been useful to find and translate those strings.

Please let me know.

Regards.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Looks like the "Sort By" filters are coming from "Filter Everything PRO" plugin, which is unfortunately not in our compatibility list (https://wpml.org/plugin/?wpv_view_count=120064&wpv-plugin-functionality=0&wpv_post_search=Filter+Everything&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search).

Even I have tried our Multilingual Tools plugin to register that Elementor widget, but it still doesn't bring any string for translation. See https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/ for details.

I recommend you to contact the plugin author and request a compatibility update. WPML offers very useful information for developers aiming to make their themes/plugins compatible. Please see https://wpml.org/documentation/support/ and https://wpml.org/documentation/support/achieving-wpml-compatibility-for-your-themes-and-plugins/ for details.

Theme and plugin authors are welcome to join WPML’s Go Global program, which helps them make their code multilingual ready. Together with WPML’s compatibility team, they can test and confirm that their theme or plugin works with WPML. See https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/ for details and you can refer your theme/plugin provider to this as well.
