Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate content on my site using WPML. I have attached screenshot links for reference: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2, Screenshot 3, Read More Button Screenshot 1, Read More Button Screenshot 2. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to see the exact frontend content appear inside the WPML translation editor, including sub-descriptions and button texts like 'Read More'.
'Request Now' Button on top of the header also not able to translate.
The above issue are happened across all languages (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russia, Khmer.
Symptoms:
The WPML translation editor is showing outdated or unrelated content that does not match the live site. 'Read More' buttons are not appearing in the WPML translation editor, making them untranslatable. Most sections using the icon box widget only allow title translation, and subtext/description translation options are missing.
Questions:
Why is there a content mismatch in the WPML translation editor?
How can I translate 'Read More' buttons that do not appear in the WPML translation editor?
This page seems like different translate method with other. When I clicked 'pencil' to edit language. It direct me to the specific language elementor, which is not supposed to edit from language elementor.
Please help me look into this. Why isn't the same as the rest are side by side edit.

Take note that on each post or page, you will find a translation method setting inside the right sidebar of the WordPress Editor. You will need to make sure that the settings is set to "WPML Translation Editor".
If the setting is set to "WordPress Editor", please switch it to "WPML Translation Editor" and a dialog will appear, that allows you to apply the same setting for this content, all content of the same type, or all your site's content.
Regarding:
"Widgets texts are not being available inside the WPML Translation Editor":
WPML by default supports all widgets that are shipped with Elementor and Elementor Pro.
You are using addons that provide Custom Elementor Widgets, like:
- Consulting Elementor Widgets
- Stratum - Elementor Widgets
- Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite
Every Custom Elementor Widget must have an XML configuration so that it can be translated using the WPML Translation Editor.
It is the theme author's job to create such a configuration in a wpml-config.xml file in the root directory of the theme or plugin.
If the author does not provide such a config, you can alternatively create one yourself. This config can be stored under WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration.
We can further offer a WPML test site on which we can recreate the issue, and I can assist you with a basic configuration for a couple of widgets, but if there are many affected widgets, it would be better to reach the author of those widgets.
