This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You need to connect your DeepL account with WPML to use your DeepL credits for translation.
Solution:
We currently do not support the direct use of personal DeepL accounts through WPML for automatic translations. However, you can still utilize your DeepL credits by exporting your content in XLIFF format from WPML and then using DeepL to translate these files. For more details on why personal API keys for DeepL, Google, or Microsoft are not usable directly in WPML and to understand our integrated translation features, please visit https://wpml.org/faq/why-cant-i-use-my-own-deepl-google-or-microsoft-api-key-for-automatic-translation/.
If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
