Problem:
How to translate CartFlows using WPML.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues translating CartFlows with WPML, it's important to note that CartFlows is not currently on our compatibility list. You can check the compatibility status here: WPML Compatibility List.

We have found a workaround in our forums which you might find helpful: CartFlows Workaround.

We also recommend reaching out to the CartFlows plugin author to request a compatibility update. WPML provides resources for developers to make their plugins compatible, which can be found here: WPML Support for Developers and Achieving WPML Compatibility for Themes and Plugins.

Plugin authors can also join the WPML Go Global program to work alongside our compatibility team to ensure their products are multilingual ready. More information about this program can be found here: WPML Go Global Program.

However, in our forums I can also find a very few reports, mostly pointing to only this workaround at https://wpml.org/forums/topic/trying-to-use-cartflows-in-2-languages-by-string-translation-without-duplicate/#post-4369673. I recommend you to contact the plugin author and request a compatibility update. WPML offers very useful information for developers aiming to make their themes/plugins compatible.
