Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve a recurring error on our website. Yesterday, a staff member helped me recover from this error, but it happened again today. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The error reoccurred today after being resolved yesterday. I expected the website to function normally, but the same error appeared.

Questions:
How can I recover from this error?
How can I prevent this error from happening again?
