You are unable to view past inquiry tickets on your website as the menu option under Support to view them is missing.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend logging into your WPML.org account. Once logged in, click on the "My Support Tickets" link to view all your previously created tickets. This should allow you to access your past inquiries directly.
