Problem:
You are unable to view past inquiry tickets on your website as the menu option under Support to view them is missing.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend logging into your WPML.org account. Once logged in, click on the "My Support Tickets" link to view all your previously created tickets. This should allow you to access your past inquiries directly.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to view the inquiry tickets I previously created for the site hidden link. I used to be able to see my past questions under Support >, but now this menu is gone.

Symptoms:
The menu option to view past inquiry tickets under Support is missing.

Questions:
How can I view the inquiry tickets I previously created?

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Please note that you can view all your previously created tickets directly from your WPML account. Login to your WPML.org account and click on the “My Support tickets” link as you can see in the attached screenshot. There you’ll find your past inquiries. Here will be the direct link: https://wpml.org/forums/users/chun-haoh/
