This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are unable to see the available credits for automatic translation on your main site after re-registering and migrating from a staging domain.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, it's likely because the site key and credits are still associated with your old staging domain. We recommend generating a new site key for your main domain. If there are any credits left on the previous domain, you should remove them by following this guide and then add them to the new site. We have already moved 10k credits from the staging site to your main site, so the automatic translation should now function correctly.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, feel free to open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to use the automatic translation feature in WPML on my site hidden link. I have re-registered my site and followed the documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/why-credits-may-be-missing-and-how-to-fix-it/#reusing-a-site-key.

Symptoms:
I can't see the available credits after I re-register my site. The system says 'You don't have enough credits to translate automatically! Get more credits' even though I have credits.

Questions:
Why can't I see the available credits after re-registering my site?
How can I fix the issue with the automatic translation connection?

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. After checking our system, it appears that you recently moved your site from staging to the main domain but are still using the site key assigned to the staging domain. The credits you deposited were assigned to the staging site, not your main site. This is why the automatic translation is showing an error.

I moved 10k credits from the staging site to your main site and now the automatic translation should work.

Please note that when you migrate or move a site to a new domain, you should always generate a new site key for the new domain. If the previous domain has any automatic translation credits, please remove them by following this guide and then add them to the new site.

Feel free to let me know if there is anything else you need help with. I will be happy to assist.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
