Hello There,
I hope you're doing well. I have taken over this ticket and will, try my best to assist you in this matter.

I reviewed our conversation and fully understand the issue. After accessing your site, I found that most of the child categories under the "ΓΑΤΑ" category don't contain any products. As per WooCommerce's default settings, categories without products won't appear on the frontend. Consequently, these empty child categories aren't being displayed in the Greek version.

To ensure the translated categories show correctly on the front end, please make sure the products assigned to the default "Cat" and its subcategory are translated. Once the products are translated, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Categories."
2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Synchronize Product categories assignment in content" button.
3. Wait for the synchronization process to complete. Afterward, clear your site and browser caches, and then check the frontend again. The Subcategories should appear correctly in the Dropdown.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
