My Automatic Translations Aren't Showing Up For Site

robertS-137	I still can't use AI translations even though I've assigned credits to my site. It just continuously takes me back to the screen to add credits. As a paying customer, this is incredibly frustrating.

Alejandro WPML Supporter since 01/2018 Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) Italian (Italiano ) Timezone: Europe/Rome (GMT+02:00)	Hello there! I think I know what happens. if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools, you'll see that you still have 0 credits, however on WPML.ORG you will see the same URL linked to 15000 credits, correct? Well that's because you seem to have migrated your site or something different that basically changed the license registration on your site. The only solution here is to do the following: - Go to your license registration page in WPML.ORG (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) - Delete the domain where you had the 15000 credits - Now go to your website and to the commercial page (plugins > Add New > Commercial) - De-register your site and try to register it again. This time you should be able to see the credits added to your site and you'll be able to translate. I have credited your credits back to your WPML.ORG site so you can try what I mentioned and get started on your translation journey faster 😉 Let me know how it goes.
