Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate five pages remaining in our translation queue on my site hidden link using WPML.

Symptoms:
I cannot get WPML to translate the pages despite several attempts. I have paused and restarted the translation, as well as switiching from Deep L to Google.

Questions:
How can I get WPML to translate these pages?

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. While one of my colleagues reviews your ticket, I’d like to share some initial debugging steps to help resolve the issue right away.

It seems the translations are currently stuck. Please try the following:

Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting
– Click the Cancel in-progress automatic jobs option

Next, navigate to WPML > Translation Management
– Open the Jobs tab and cancel all pending jobs
– Return to the Dashboard tab under Translation Management
– Select one of the pages that is stuck and resend it for translation

Let me know how it goes or if you need further help.

Thank you for your response.

I have tried canceling and restarting automatic translation jobs with no effect.

I also tried turning off the automatic translations switch on Translation Management and restarting the automatic jobs with no success.

Hello,

Our developers told us that the problem should be gone, it was a sudden server spike. Could you try to send a page to translate from WPML > Translation Management and check if the problem is gone this time?

Thanks in advance!
