Problem:
The client needs to reset their WPML account password but is unable to do so.
Solution:
We discovered that the client's WPML account is linked to their Google account. Therefore, the client should use the social sign-in option, specifically 'Continue with Google', to log in. Since the account is accessed through Google sign-in, no separate WPML password exists, and thus, there is no password available to reset. If the client prefers to log in with an email and password instead, they should contact us, and we will guide them through the available options.
