This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues updating their payment method on a WordPress site using WPML. After completing 3D-verification, instead of a confirmation and redirect, they encounter a white page. Additionally, attempts to update the payment details result in the credit card being declined, despite it working on other platforms.
Solution:
We recommended the client to first ensure there are sufficient funds and that their bank isn't blocking the payment. After confirming these were not the issues, we checked with our payment processor, Stripe, who indicated there were no blocks on the client's account or card. We advised the client to attempt the payment again with the same card. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to try a different payment method or retry at a later date. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we suggest visiting our known issues page to check for any related problems, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that the latest versions of themes and plugins are installed. If the issue still persists, please open a new support ticket.

Hello,

we checked and we see this error from our side: Payment failed because of insufficient funds

Please try a different payment method, or retry the payment at a later date and make sure there is enough funds and bank is not blocking any payment.

Regards,
Drazen

I checked with my credit card company and the reason it first didn't work was because I reached my limit. Now that limit has been upped and the credit card company confirmed me there were no issues anymore from their side.

When I input the credit card number with the new 'valid thru' date, it says 'your card has been declined'. I don't get the 3D-validation. It seems like it got blocked by WPML because of a couple of bad tries.

Which is a problem, because my current card is only valid until May 2025, and I'm using pay-as-you-go.

I'm still in trouble. I can't add my credit card. It works on every other platform. Just not WPML. I checked with my bank, and from their side, nothing is blocked. I can't add my card to ITdaily, but also on our sister sites (different WordPress). It always says 'Your card has been declined'.
You're correct that the payment has gone through, but that is with my 'old' card that is only valid until May. Could you look into this? Our website relies on this and we're a heavy user.

Hello,

we checked with Stripe since there are no block from our side, and this is what they told us:

"We have checked this thoroughly as the Initial payment failed due to insufficient funds, however as your customer has already made the necessary changes to the card, May you please ask your customer to pay with the same card and see it the payment goes through as of now I Don't see any block on the customer for making the payment or block on the card."

Lets wait for 3rd of May, and lets see if any issue with payment and card.

Regards,
Drazen
