Problem: The client is experiencing issues with updating WPML plugins such as WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML SEO, and WPML String Translation. The updates either fail or the process crashes. Solution: 1. We recommend removing the existing sitekey and then updating the plugin. This might require re-registering the plugin with a new sitekey. 2. If the issue persists, try deleting the existing key and create a new one to see if this resolves the problem.

in the last 6 days the plugins from WPML arent updating.. it says updated failed ( see screenshot attached)

WPML String Translation
or they failed or they keep in saying updating and then crash

I removed the sitekey and updated the plugin without any issues with my sitekey, can you please check? you will need to register again with your sitekey now.
You have been a great help.... I have been struggling with another support now for 3 weeks trying to find a solution for one problem and still nothing has been solved,

All I want is for WPML do not translate the plugin content lists and leave both languages the same with the 145 documents lists to be reach on both pages.

The product names is not showing on French page... the list should be identical on french page as it is on English page as the documents dont needs translations as they are all in PDF
