I spent a lot of time trying to get this to work. Now it's wrong again. We have not moved the content to a new page. We have changed the IP address and corrected the CNAME. It worked fine yesterday. URL hidden link |

Hi Michael, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. Yes, I only see the migration banner on the staging site hidden link, not on the live site hidden link If you are still using the live site, please select the action "Copy" to finish the setup and use WPML on your staging site. Refer to the documentation Look forward to your reply. |

I pushed NO, because it is the sate site. We only changed the IP address and CNAME. This have given us a lot of trouble. It is not working uptimal because some of the translation doesn't work. But that another issue and then I have to open a new Ticket!! |

Hi, I also see there is a site and home URL configuration code in the file wp-config.php. It could relate to this known issue https://wpml.org/errata/persistent-warning-this-site-has-moved-to-a-new-location/ Please remove the code and recheck this issue. Look forward to your reply. |

Hi, Yes, I see it is removed and replaced by the hard-code main domain. Now please try to delete some options in the table wp_options as my colleague suggested (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/this-site-has-moved-to-a-new-locationthis-site-has-moved-to-a-new-location/#post-14251147) and recheck this issue. If it does not work, please share the hosting info so I can access the database. There is a limitation to access the database from the admin area. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. Look forward to your reply. |
