I tried to switch to the Arabic language and saw the Fatal error. To understand what actually causing that, I kindly request you to enable the WordPress debug log on your site by following the guide below.
After activating the debug log on your site, please navigate to different pages and change the language to Arabic. In this way, the errors will be recorded in the debug log.
Now, open the log file(you'll find that inside the "/wp-content" folder) and share the logs in the next response. I will check the logs and let you know the next steps.

I was able to access the log file right after sending the last message.
I checked the log file and found that it only contains the deprecated errors. Apart from that, I didn't notice any fatal errors within the log file.
Could you please conduct a conflict test on your site and check if that helps to solve the issue? It is recommended to do this test on a testing site or right after taking a full backup of the site.
- Switch to a default theme like twenty twenty-one and try to access the Arabic version of the page.
- If it works, then the issue is originating from the theme that you're using. You need to reach out to the support team of that theme and discuss this matter further with them. Maybe they are aware of such case and can guide you accordingly.
- If the issue persists even after that, please deactivate all plugins on your site except for WPML and its add-ons.
- If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and after each activation, refresh the Arabic page and see if the issue reappears.
In this way, you'll be able to pinpoint what is mainly causing the issue.
