Tell us what you are trying to do? Is there any documentation that you are following? Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? |

Hello There, It is possible that the main strings are not registered for translation yet which is why, the translations are not showing in the Frontend. Please search for the string in the Admin screen and check if it is available there. Please check the documentation below to understand the process. If you find the string there, register that string for translation and then translate the String by going to String Translation section. Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help. Best Regards, |

Hi There, Often, we've seen that the main strings are listed in the Admin screen but not selected for Translation. For that reason, the main string remains untranslated and doesn't appear in the front end. This is why, I shared the doc with you. It is possible that the string that you've translated might be effective for the Backend only. I hope you can understand. However, can you please share a screenshot of the strings and also the link to the page where I can see them? I also would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, |

Hi There, I've checked and noticed that the text highlighted in the screenshot is dynamically added through the BetterDocs settings [BetterDocs > Settings > Layout > Single Docs]. As German is the default language of the site, When I updated the "Feedback Link text" field in the BetterDocs settings with the German text, that text started to appear for every language. Kindly note that if the translation support for the dynamic field is set up correctly, you should be able to translate the text easily using WPML. It's possible that translation support hasn't been set up for the dynamic field, which might explain why content within it doesn't appear translated. I kindly suggest contacting the support team of the BetterDocs plugin to discuss this issue. They might be familiar with such situations, and I believe they can better assist you in this regard. I hope you can understand. Let me know the update. We will be happy to help if you need any further assistance. Best Regards, |
