Translating Mail Chimp for WordPress form

Number Nine	Background of the issue: I am working on a site under development and trying to translate a MailChimp for WordPress form using WPML. Symptoms: I had an open chat which was closed by mistake one minute ago. Questions: Is it possible to resume the chat that was closed by mistake?

Number Nine	if it is not possible to resume the chat, I will explain the question. The website is in Italian (primary language) and English (secondary language). Even after adding your plugin, it seems to be impossible to translate the MC4WP form. This guide "https://wpml.org/errata/mailchimp-for-wordpress-mc4wp-edit-link-from-translation-management-returns-a-broken-url/" helped me to fix the problem of the broken link, but still I cannot find the way to translate the form. It seems there is a duplicate of the form, but I cannot find it. Unfortunately the customer does not allow me to share debug information, but I can tell you that all is updated to the latest version. For further information I am at your disposal. Thank you.
