Background of the issue:
I am trying to save the site key on my staging website. Both my staging and QA instances are on the same VM with a common IP. In the QA environment, the site key is saved successfully, and I can see two green checks. I am following documentation.
Symptoms:
In the staging environment, I receive an error 'Unable to parse data from service response' and a 403 error when trying to communicate with hidden link.
Questions:
Why am I unable to save the site key in the staging environment?
What causes the 'Unable to parse data from service response' error?
Why is there a 403 error when communicating with hidden link in the staging environment?

Hello there!
the error you see is probably coming from our servers. We have use Sucuri (a security company) and a few security measures that could block IPs if they are blacklisted or when there are more calls than normal (spam).
Now, you mentioned that you use the same IP for both sites, correct? one is QA and another staging.
- Can you give me the URL of the staging site and maybe even the IP so I can verify if they are on our blacklisted domains/IP?
- Can you confirm you're using 2 different licenses, one for each domain?
We have two subdomain that we have generated development key for and we have WPML Multilingual CMS account type.
Please provide private message links so that i can give our staging and qa website links and Ip address.

Bere you go. You need to check a checkbox when you get to this next reply and then you'll see the credential fields. Add anything you want there and all the message will be private when you do.
