Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. You will have two choices:

1. Form the translation management.

- Go to WPML > Translation Management
- Find the page in question and select it.
- At the bottom of the page send it for translation
- If you use automatic translation, the credits will be used for the added content and not the previous ones.
- If you translate manually, you will need to go to WPML > Translations menu to take the translation and make sure it is 100% complete.

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/

2. From the direct Page.

- Go to WP Dashboard > Pages or post, depending what content you want to translate.
- Click the circle icon next top the page in question.
- You will be redirected to the Advanced Translation Editor and there you will be able to complete the translation.
- If you have automatic translation, you will see the page translated already in the Advanced Translation Editor and you will just need to click the complete button.

Thanks.

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by you don't have much information. I already provided the steps and documentation on how to use do so.

Which part of the steps you have issues with? I will be happy to explain.

Also, I can create a video on a sample translation of an updated page for you so you would know how to go forward. For that, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Thanks.

There's a problem with my site. After your changes, everything is messed up. Now it's showing 3 languages at the same time. What did you do?

Hi,

I did not even have a chance to login the website. You set the ticket to resolved and that caused the login info to be deleted automatically by the system.

I would be happy to check the website, but I did not login at all so whatecver you are experiencing is not related to me.

If needed you can share the login info again by setting the next replt as private. Please make sure you have a backup so you will not have any doubts and if something happens you will have apoint of restore.

Thanks.
