Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to add a new description of a product with new fields and add a new translation.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Not, cause no one of the documentation looks to help me

Is there a similar example that we can see?
It's so simple just I want to add a new description of my products and translate it, but I get the old description.

What is the link to your site?
Here you have and example in live:
I have this product in Spanish and I wnat to translate it to english and french
hidden link
In the english version it works very well, but in french does not work. The tabs are not translated and the french version keeps the old tabs.

tab: INGRÉDIENTS CLÉS -> for example

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support. Meanwhile one of my colleagues takes up the case, I'll suggest to try the following:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Update WPML plugins to the latest versions. You can try this by going to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial -> Check for updates or manually downloading from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ and uploading via Plugins -> Add New -> Upload.

And recheck for the problem after clearing caches.

If issue continues to appear, please proceed with the following:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and WooCommerce and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2023).

Regards.
