Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

Moving a site from development to production, or making a copy of the site, affects the WPML site key, automatic translations, and Advanced Translation Editor features.

So, we need to follow the steps in the following documentation to fix this issue.

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

In your case, please choose *mark it as copy* option of the alert message after a full site backup{mandatory} and make sure the issue exists or not.
