i would like to get estimation of price when i add a new language is it possible ?
when i try to add new language i don't know how much i will have to pay at the end and i think it's better to have estimation of the price here for exemple (see screenshot)

You can go to WPML > Translation Management to count words for the entire site then multiply with credits based on the translation engine to estimate credits that will be used to translate all content into a new language.
The used credits will be a bit lower than estimation because we use the translation memory. A translation memory means that you don’t have to translate or be charged for the same text again.
Every time i ask for something here i have to do it alone at the end that's crazy. very bad support i start to be bored about you guys. cannot ask anything here ? OMG!!!
i will not calculate it alone this is not what i ask. please answer to my first question, if you cannot do what i ask, just say : sorry we cannot do this and i will stop use your translation tool that's all..
i will change to another translation plugin if you continue bad support like this (i think it's normal that before i pay i know what i pay.) and i don't have time to calculate myself i need price to pay that's all.
I cannot count the words on your site without the credentials. Please share your site credentials (wp-admin and FTP), I will help you check the words. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

i don't ask to count the words i ask the price just before clicking on translate the 119 posts in one time.. (nobody never ask this to you ? i'm the first ?) if i have websites with a lot of content to translate in the future i need to know the price that i will pay. now i don't know if i click how much i pay so i'm not clicking on translate this new content untill i know the price and i think it' normal to see the price before paying.
your system can count how many posts but cannot give me the price ? i really don't understand.
maybe i have to remake my question : on the screenshot that i send to you it's possible here that wpml developers add an option to show price to pay at on this box ?
It could be a feature request. Currently, there isn't an option to display the total credits that will be used to translate all content on your site when you add a new language.
I'm asking our 2nd tier support about this feature and update you here when I have any information.
i have translated my website with translate everything and added a new language and it's quite expensive you see. can you make small discount this time because i make a big order ?
