This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to pay their outstanding debt on their WordPress site using WPML's Translation Management Tools. After attempting to activate the 'pay-as-you-go' feature and entering credit card details, an error occurs, and no unpaid invoices are visible under the 'Invoices' tab.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure that all details entered for the payment are correct, including credit card information.
2. Clear the browser cache and cookies, then try the payment process again.
3. Check if there are any restrictions on the credit card that might be preventing the transaction.
4. If the problem persists, please provide us with a screenshot of the error using the 'upload an image' feature below the comment section on the support page.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I apologize for the difficulty you're experiencing.

Could you please provide more details on why you are unable to make the payment?

Hey,

thank you for your reply...

Once I go to my WordPress site -> WPML - > Translation Managment Tools, I press "Activate pay-as-you-go" button on top right and enter my credit card details.

I get this error:

However if I go to the "Invoices" tab on the same page, i can't seem to find any unpaid invoices:

Please let me know how can i fix this.

Thank you for the explanation.

What is the link to the site where you are trying to activate pay-as-you-go? Have you also checked the invoices in your wpml.org account?

I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please refer to this link for instructions on how to retrieve this information from your site and provide it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
