We are using wpml on mozaikdesign.com and we assigned new 50000 credits but the credits doesn't shown on web site admin ? we unregister and register again wpm but problem still exist
it shows prepaid credits left: 22
I've reviewed our entire exchange and grasped the problem. After looking into our system, it appears that the domain hidden link*****ign.com is reusing a site key from a different similar domain. Could you please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue?
- Kindly sign in to your WPML account and transfer the 50k credits you've allocated to the site, back into your WPML account. For guidance on how to achieve this, please refer to the instructions found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/#how-to-remove-credits-from-a-site.
- After transferring the credits to your WPML account, please proceed to unregister WPML from your site. Then, remove the key from your account on WPML.ORG. Please follow the steps outlined here: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#unregister.
- With the site key removed, go ahead and re-register the domain hidden link*****ign.com, then activate the new license on your site. For assistance with WPML registration, refer to this guide: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register.
- After the site is successfully registered with the new key, you can reassign the translation credits to the site. They should now be accessible.
