This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I tried to set bulk discounts based on a tag with Booster Plus for WooCommerce and with WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts. 20% on some products. The sale price shows correct in the default language (Greek) but not in the 2nd language (English).

Solution:
Since the tag has the same translation in both languages, adding it in both language seems to resolve the issue. See https://wpml.org/forums/topic/discounts-not-syncing/#post-14056455 for details.

Is there any documentation that you are following? I followed all the suggestions in support threads

I can't install the demo or the plugins. It's the XStore theme and I'm gettiing: Your system does not meet the requirements. Can't you login to the live site and see what's wrong? I can create an account for you.

Sure, please provide admin access to your website to check the issue in detail. You can create a separate admin user for this purpose, which can be deleted afterwards.

Also provide following detail to investigate/observe the issue:

- detailed steps to reproduce the issue
- links to pages in admin and on frontend
- screenshots or screen recording if needed to explain
- any other relevant information to observe/investigate the issue

Remember to take full backup of your website and database before proceeding. However, a staging/test site is highly recommended, because I may need to try some changes/fixes on the site, which may cause conflicts with the live site otherwise.

Thank you for your patience on this.

I've escalated the issue to our 2nd tier, after trying my best to find and resolve the issue. Looks like it needs some deeper investigation.

I'll update you as soon as I hear back.

P.S.: At the moment, I've deactivated unnecessary plugins from the staging site. I'll request to keep it as it is for now. However, if possible, please try to update "Booster Plus for WooCommerce" plugin to the latest version.

Our team was able to resolve it by adding the "20down" tag as shown in the attached image. Since the tag has the same translation in both languages, adding it in both language seems to resolve the issue.

Please check and confirm.
