Hello, I installed WPML using the installer and then received an error message. I uploaded WPML and installed it manually and then got this error message again. Please tell me what happens next. The error message is this one: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mb_ereg_replace_callback() in /web/WebSites/d/p/e/n/pension-excellence.com/htdocs/2023/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes /xliff/class-wpml-tm-validate-html.php:124 Stack trace: #0 /web/WebSites/d/p/e/n/pension-excellence.com/htdocs/2023/wp-content/plugins/ sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/xliff/class-wpml-tm-validate-html.php(34): WPML_TM_Validate_HTML->hide_wp_bugs('\xC3\x9CABOUT US') #1 /web/WebSites/d/p/e /n/pension-excellence.com/htdocs/2023/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/xliff/wpml-tm-xliff.php(196): WPML_TM_Validate_HTML->validate('\xC3\x9CBER US') #2 /web/WebSites/d/p/e/n/pension-excellence.com/htdocs/2023/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/xliff/wpml-tm-xliff. php(169): WPML_TM_XLIFF->validate('html', '\xC3\x9CABOUT US') #3 /web/WebSites/d/p/e/n/pension-excellence.com/htdocs/2023/wp-content /plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/xliff/wpml-tm-xliff.php(141): WPML_TM_XLIFF->appendData('source', Arr in /web/WebSites/d/p/e/n/pension- excellence.com/htdocs/2023/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/xliff/class-wpml-tm-validate-html.php on line 124 Kind regards, Toni |

Hi there. Please take a look over my colleague's recommendations in the existing tickets on this same topic: That should help you figure this out with the hosting team. Mihai Apetrei |

Hello, I'm sorry, I can't do anything with the answer. As I said, I installed everything once via the installer file and then again manually. I don't have FTP access. I didn't understand what the colleague meant exactly. I can deactivate everything again and upload the ZIP file again via WordPress. I still get the same error message. Is there anyone here who can take a look when I send my access data? Or can you send me an exact link with the exact steps: Best regards, Tony |

Hi Tony. No worries. My colleagues reply from the existing ticket below is a good example: Practically, you need to get in touch with your hosting support team and ask them to activate that function. Mihai |
