This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have translations completed for your site, but some products and pages do not display the translation even though the status indicates they are translated. Specifically, the language dropdown does not display the languages even though the page is translated.
Solution:
First, ensure that the translated products are published and not in draft status. You can do this by navigating to Products -> All Products, then switch the language from the top admin bar to ensure that the translated products are published.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or not applicable to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
We have had a lot of translations done over the past year or so for our site under development.

Symptoms:
Some products and pages do not display the translation even though the status says it is.

We have paid for translating pages but the pages dont seem to display.

These pages were translated months ago as you can see on the status.

Please share an example of the problematic pages.

Also, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Hi,

Please make sure that the translated products are published, not drafts. To check that, please go to Products-> All products, switch the language from the top admin bar, and make sure that the translated products are published.

If they are published and you still face the same issue, I'd need access to further check the issue.
