Formidable Forms sends multiple notifications (one per language)

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using Formidable Forms Lite with WPML on a site translated into 4 languages. When a user submits the contact form, the email notification is sent 4 times, with all emails arriving at the same timestamp and with identical content. This issue occurs because Formidable Forms notifications are being triggered once per WPML language.
Solution:
We recommend upgrading to Formidable Forms Pro and installing the Formidable WP Multilingual Add-On. This setup is necessary to properly manage multilingual forms and prevent duplicate notifications. jonathanA-32	I am using Formidable Forms Lite with WPML. My site is translated into 4 languages using WPML. When a user submits the contact form once, the email notification is sent 4 times. All emails arrive at the same timestamp with identical content. It looks like Formidable Forms notifications are being triggered once per WPML language. The form is used on a multilingual contact page and WPML is active for all languages.

jonathanA-32	Hi, Thank you for checking. I would like to clarify that the Formidable WPML Multilingual Add-On has just been installed and is currently active on the site. Despite this, I am still not able to properly translate Formidable forms. Could you please review the setup and advise what might still be missing or misconfigured?

Looking at the screenshot you shared, I can see that you’ve installed WPForms Multilingual, which is intended specifically for the WPForms plugin. In your case, you need the hidden link" target="_blank">Formidable WP Multilingual Add-On, which is provided by the Formidable Forms plugin authors. This add-on is not included with WPML by default and must be downloaded directly from the Formidable Forms website. Once that add-on is installed and activated, Formidable Forms will integrate correctly with WPML for translations.
