Hi there,

I appreciate your patience while we were looking into this for you.

Let me explain what caused the issue and then show you how it was fixed for the Polish version of your homepage, as shown in the attached screenshot.

You have defined a custom SEO title for your homepage, as shown in this screenshot: hidden link.

The customized SEO title has been automatically translated along with the page content. Sometimes the translation engine, such as Google, mistranslates the %% characters to ٪٪ or a different character that your SEO plugin can't read and display it as is instead of transforming it to the correct value, which in this case, the page title, chosen separator, and the site title.

To fix this issue, you can edit the translated page and copy the %%title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%% part and paste it in the translation as shown in this quick GIF: hidden link (I have already done that for the Polish and Lithuanian translations for the homepage).
