Problem:
You are unable to add a comment to an existing support ticket related to a WCFM vendor frontend issue on a site under development.
Solution:
We recommend that you first try logging out and then logging back into your account. Additionally, clear your browser cache to remove any stored data that might be causing the issue. If the problem persists, we suggest trying to access the ticket using a different browser. This approach often resolves issues related to session or cache conflicts.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, it might be due to reasons that are no longer relevant or applicable to your current situation. Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a comment on a support ticket for a site that is under development. The ticket is related to a WCFM vendor frontend issue.

Symptoms:
I can't post on a ticket already created.

Why can't I add a comment to the existing support ticket?

I do not see any restrictions, and your support ticket is not yet closed. Can you please try logging out and then logging back in? Additionally, try clearing your browser cache.

If the issue persists, please test with an alternative browser.
