This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client purchased a course in Spanish but received the email confirmation in English, leading to confusion about why the email was not in the purchased language.
Solution:
We advised the client that this ticket is a duplicate and recommended following up on the original ticket to keep the process organized and prioritize the initial inquiry. If the emails are sent via WooCommerce, the client needs to translate them as detailed in our documentation on how to translate WooCommerce emails. Additionally, we provided a custom Google search link for finding related issues on our forums.

Background of the issue:
I purchased a course in Spanish, but I received the email text in English.

Hi there.

Sure, I totally understand. Someone will assist you as soon as possible with the initially created ticket (this current ticket is a duplicate).

At the moment, there's a pretty full queue of chats and live chats, so it can take a bit longer than usual to get a response.

Please mark this ticket as resolved and wait for a response in the other ticket that was initially created (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-have-facing-issue-i-have-buy-the-course-in-spanish-language-but-i-have-received-email-text-in-engl/).

If you prefer a live chat, I recommend that you mark that other ticket as resolved, too, and then you can try to get back to us a bit later with a new request (our system automatically assigns you to a live chat session as long as there's an empty spot in the live chat queue).

If you see that your request will automatically turn into a ticket, that means that the live chat queue is full at the moment.

I hope that all this information helps explain the situation a bit more.

As I mentioned above, this ticket is marked as a duplicate ticket.

That is why I recommended waiting for a response in the first ticket (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-have-facing-issue-i-have-buy-the-course-in-spanish-language-but-i-have-received-email-text-in-engl/), especially if you need a quick reply.

If multiple tickets are opened for the same request, they will drop in priority, and it will take longer for someone to handle them.

I already have tickets in my queue and handle other tasks at the moment, too, so I will be more than happy to help you here, but it might take longer to respond than usual.

If that's okay with you, I'll happily continue here.

Please let me know if this email comes from WooCommerce directly or if you use a separate custom/premium plugin.

If the emails are sent with WooCommerce, you might need first to translate them as explained here:
