This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to identify when translated content has been manually modified, so a warning can be shown to the user indicating that they have manually modified the translations. This is to ensure that users can check the translated version again after updating the original content.
Solution:
We regret to inform you that it is not currently possible to automatically identify manual modifications in translations to trigger a warning. However, you can review the content added by translators by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs. There, you can use the filter next to the "Translated by" column to see who translated what. For visual guidance, please refer to this screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/2gkyok5s.

To review translations, this feature is only available for machine translations. For more information on how to review automatic translations, please visit our documentation: How to review automatic translations on your site.

We have enabled 4 languages,
- English (Primary)
- French
- Russian
- Spanish

Use case
- User creates the content in any language and add translations to it
- With automatic translations do not find whole content correctly translated so update in other language manually for few words
- Now again user modifies the Original Content and tries to update the translations

Requirement
- I want to identify that translated content was manually modified so show warning to user that you have manually modified the translations so that they can check the translated version again after updating the translations

In the case of manual translation, I regret to inform you that it is currently not possible to review the contents added by the translator. The contents will be published automatically and the only way to check what the translator added is from the "WPML > Translation Management > Jobs" section. You can use the filter next to the "Translated by" column to check who translated what. Please check this screenshot (hidden link) to understand it better.

For now, the translation can only be reviewed for machine translation. See the documentation below for more information.

Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance on this issue. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Lucas Vidal
