It looks to me as if you are translating here a Custom Elementor Widget called "Residence Grid" from WP Residence.
Did you mark the checkbox inside the right sidebar of the WordPress Editor to duplicate the attached media to the translation before translating the content with the WPML Translation Editor?
Or did you maybe create the translation with the WordPress Editor instead?
Does running the option WPML > Settings > Media Translation > Start solve this issue?

yes its a grid, but on other prjects was it working fine..just here stumbeling.

also wmpl media translation is done..
created normal from the theme

I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.

I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.
However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose.
