[Resolved] Issue with Translating Products via WPML Translation Editor
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're experiencing issues with the WPML Translation Editor where clicking on a phrase to translate exits the page and displays a blank screen, this might be due to a cache problem. Solution: We recommend trying to open your site in an incognito tab to see if the issue persists. This approach helped confirm that the problem was related to the cache, as the Translation Editor functioned correctly in incognito mode.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please check the related known issues and verify that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance. You can do so here: WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my products on my site hidden link using the WPML Translation Editor. Previously, I could translate by clicking on the '+' icon, selecting phrases, modifying them, and confirming the translation by ticking boxes and clicking 'Complete'.
Symptoms:
When I click on a phrase to translate (on products), it exits the translation page, displays a blank screen, and there is no option to confirm or modify the translation.
Questions:
Why does the WPML Translation Editor exit and display a blank screen when I try to translate a phrase?
How can I restore the functionality to confirm or modify translations in the WPML Translation Editor?
I record a video. As I said, when I want to translate a product and click on a plus sign, I can't edit any phrases. When I click on a phrase it brings a blank page. So it's not editable like before.
Thanks for the video. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
