You have held a Multilingual Agency account since September 19, 2020. It's important to note that your current account type, the Multilingual Agency, does not include "top-up" credits upon renewal.
The Multilingual Agency subscriptions that include "top-up" credits became available later, starting from September 2021, and come with a higher renewal cost.
However, you do have the option to upgrade to a subscription that includes "top-up" credits upon renewal from your current Multilingual Agency subscription. To do this, please log in to your account on the wpml.org website and follow the Multilingual Agency purchase link on the purchase page. Upon upgrading, you will receive the "top-up" credits, which will be available for every renewal moving forward.
