This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're experiencing issues with the account page links not opening properly after using WPML, it might be because you are not using WooCommerce's original My Account page. Instead, you might have created a separate Elementor page, and the links within this page are not directed to the WooCommerce My Account page or its subpages. Solution: We recommend checking if you are using the correct WooCommerce My Account page. You can verify this by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status to see the correct slug for the My Account page. If the links are incorrect, you should fix them or recreate the Elementor page on top of the original WooCommerce My Account page.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
Background of the issue:
I am trying to navigate to the Dashboard on the account page, but after starting to use WPML, the links such as Orders, Subscriptions, and Address are not opening properly. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.
Symptoms:
When I click the links on the account page, the page says: 'It seems this page doesn't exist.'
Questions:
Why are the account page links not opening properly after using WPML?
How can I fix the issue where the page says it doesn't exist?
Please ensure you have completed the WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce setup. It seems that after installing our plugins, you have set up WPML but have missed setting up the WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce (our bridge plugin for WooCommerce). You can read about it here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#complete-the-setup-wizard.

The problem is that you are not working on WooCommerce's My Account page. It appears that you have created a separate Elementor page. However, the links in it are not directed to the WooCommerce My Account page or its subpages. The original WooCommerce My Account page can be seen here: hidden link. It is working, including all its subpages, such as hidden link. And it is also working fine in English: hidden link.
If you go to WooCommerce -> Status, you will be able to see the correct slug for the My Account page. You will also be able to see that you have a problem with the Shop page. Please see the attached screenshot, wc-status.jpg. It appears that you have a problem with WooCommerce that is unrelated to WPML.
The problem is with the links you inserted in the Caixa de icon elements. They are not leading to the correct WooCommerce My Account pages. Please see the attached screenshot elm-links.jpg.
The solution would probably be to fix those links or recreate the Elementor page on top of the original WooCommerce My Account page.
While checking your site, I recorded a video. Please watch it here: hidden link

We try to focus on one issue per ticket in our technical support forum. Otherwise, tickets can get cluttered and confusing for both users and supporters. I can see that Marcel, my colleague, is already helping you with the Domain per Language issue in another ticket here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/domain-per-language-option/. Please continue this issue with Marcel in the other ticket.
I'm marking this ticket as resolved. Please don't hesitate to contact us again with any WPML-related issues or questions.
