Hi,
Could you please make a small change to the PT version of the block (ex: add a "+" sign to the title) and save it?
After, update the English version and check if the issue persists.
Let me know how it goes,
Marsel

Hi,
I've checked further your website and the issue with the static block translations might be caused by the cache plugin in use.
* It happens that cache plugins interfere with translation processes.
Could you please try deleting the translation for the footer template and re-translating it again?

Hello,
How do i delete just the translation?
Thank you!

Hi,
I saw you had the translation in "Trash", I've deleted it completely and now you should be able to translate it again.
You can proceed with translating it again by clicking the "+" sign under the English flag.
Let me know if you have questions.
Regards,
Marsel

Hi,
On the screen you shared, you need to:
1- click on the button "Copy content from Portuguese"
2- after, the content is copied you need to click the blue button "Backend Editor" which will show the blocks with WPBakery
3- you can edit the modules as needed (if there is any need to change anything)
4- publish the page
Let me know if you have further questions,
Marsel

Hello,
I sorted out the problem, the other statick blocks are the other languages tranlated, i renamed them to Footer_De ; Footer_Fr; etc.
Now i have a werid problem witch is breaking all the translated languages, i would need help as soon as possible please.
I started translating the categories and now they are missing, and wen i click them they take to a 404 page, only the main language works ....
The ones i translated disaper like this here: hidden link
And if i click in one of the others i did not translate it takes to a 404 page.
Please help sorting this out.
Thank you!

Hello,
I found this post and i think the problem is the same, because i translated categories but i did not tranlated the products and it seems this is waht happens in WPML:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/after-the-translating-the-page-there-are-components-or-some-elements-missing/
I saw that the solution was to tranlate the products, i do not intend to translate them, they are to many in many languages its not viable so i would do what they reccomend in the other thread:
"You can use the duplicate option instead of translating the products, this option will create a copy of the original product in the secondary language.
You can duplicate them individually from the product editing screen or in bulk using WPML's Translation Management (Please check the attached screenshots)"
Could you please do this bulk action to to duplicate for the other languages?
This is very stressfull to us, we have the store broken at the moment and want to fix as soon has possible, and i dont want to mess anything any worse...
I think i will also have to finish translate all the remaining categories, is there a bulk action to do the same for them?
Thank you for the help!

Hello,
Our apologies for the delay in answering.
There is a workaround for translating categories in bulk using automatic translation.
You will need to create one product, assign all available categories to this product and send it to automatic translation.
This will translate all assigned categories automatically, in case they were not translated already.
If this will not solve the issue, I would like to offer to take a closer look at the site, for which I will then enable a private form, if you agree?
Best regards
Andreas

Hello,
The problem here is at the moment all the products from the translated pages go to broken links because i translated some categories, the products need to be translated like recommended here i think:
"You can duplicate them (products) individually from the product editing screen or in bulk using WPML's Translation Management (Please check the attached screenshots)"
From this post:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/after-the-translating-the-page-there-are-components-or-some-elements-missing/
Could you please solve this issue for us so the translated pages with products get back online instead of going to broken links.
After that i think remaining categories must be translated, but dont know if it is mandatory to all be working properly.
Thank you!
