why the page content still isn't populating in the translation cart, despite all of the fields enabled for translation? I suspect there is an additional ACF setting that needs to be enabled butI need guidance.

If you have enabled the fields for the translation, have you tried updating the page translation? To do so, please modify the original page slightly, save it, and navigate to the WPML translation editor.
