[Resolved] the footer do not Translated and have some errors
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to translate the footer and encountered errors indicating that settings from the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency
wpml-config.xml
file had been overwritten. Despite the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin being active, translations were not displaying after completion.
Additionally, we discovered that the original English footer contained Hebrew text and advised the client to ensure that the English footer only contains English text. We also noted that it might not be possible to set a different footer for the Hebrew language and offered to set up a WPML test site for further testing, asking the client to provide the latest version of the Riode theme for this purpose.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case. If so, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/

Hello,
I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.
You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.
IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.
I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.
However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose.
If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again.
If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

Please note that we are obliged to request this information individually on each ticket. We may not access any access information not specifically submitted on this ticket in the private response form.

If you edit the original English Footer in Riode > Template Riode you will realize that this English Footer actually has Hebrew text. See screenshot.
You will need to make sure, that your English Footer only has English text.
Anyhow, I ran a few tests, and it seems not to be possible to set a different Footer in Hebrew.
It might be that this requieres further testing, for which I can provide a WPML test site on which you could install the theme in its latest available version.
Would you be able to provide the latest version of the Riode theme for this test?

Take kindly note, that I do not work on Sundays and Mondays, but I will be glad to assist you on this matter again on Tuesday.
leave the footer is not the big issue,
the issue is the products that I translated and is not show that need translation updates but are fully translated already

Yes, this can occur if something apart from text content has been changed on an original product, like a setting or taxonomy.
This is why WPML is asking for a translation update. It is expected that in such cases the translation editor shows 100%, anyhow you still need to accept the translation, as there might be a setting that needs to be copied in the background.
You can use the translation status filter in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Products to check which product translation needs an update.
No text content has been changed on an original product (en).
for example, products 33024, and 33031, are 100% complete and still show as needing to be updated.
this is for new translations the before one works well.

It does not always need a text update, for the status to be triggered. It could also only be an option or taxonomy that was changed. This means, you changed something that you will not see in the translation editor, but you still need to update the translation.
I explained this in my previous comment.
Further, I have reviewed 40 jobs and in fact, quite many of them needed a text updated in at least one or two segments.
I further had no issue with completing jobs, but please take kindly note that it is not the responsibility of our support to complete translation jobs.
