1. One thing that I can see is that you are not using the latest WPML versions.
Please create a full website backup and then go to your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > click "check for updates" and update everything to the latest versions.
2. Also, the time it takes for a translation job (or multiple) to complete depends on multiple factors like the number of languages that you are translating to (and you have many from what I can see), the amount of content, the server resources usage at that moment, the server limits etc.
So that is why you are experiencing different completion times.
I hope that you will find this information helpful.
I've taken over this ticket and would be happy to help.
As my colleague Mihai mentioned, various factors can impact the timing of automatic translation. However, since you're translating them individually, the process should be relatively quick. Please try the following steps and see if they make any difference in the result:
1. Navigate to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting".
2. Scroll down and click on the following buttons:
- Clear WPML cache
- Remove ghost entries from translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Synchronize local job IDs with ATE jobs
- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
- Set language information
3. Once you've completed these steps, clear the cache from both your site and browser. Then, try translating a page again.
If the issue persists, please make a video showing the problem and include it in your next response. This will help me understand the time it takes to complete the translation and suggest whether it is expected or what the next steps should be.
