Before assigning your ticket to one of my colleagues, please allow me to guide you through some initial debugging steps to help speed up the support process. Please check the attached image. It may be a conflict with those two special characters on the page. Please copy the original value for the translation and check whether the issue exists or not. If the problem remains, please try the following steps and let us know your feedback. 1) Open the Page for edit (the one having the issue) in the default language 2) Make a minor change in the page and update it(to refresh the translation settings) 3) Visit WPML>>Translation Management Dashboard 4) Choose the Page you want to translate or update the existing translations 5) Send it to Translation Basket 6) Visit WPML>>Translation Management>>Translation Basket 7) Send it for translation, by choosing yourself as a translator 8) Visit WPML>>Translations queue and translate the page by clicking the Translate button This is the correct workflow for translation. simonL-29	Hi, I have followed step by step the instructions given to me, but I am still unable to resolve this issue. In one of the images you point out some squares that appear in the left column, those squares appear automatically and what I did was to copy the content, but it still does not work. I have taken over this ticket and will be happy to assist you in this matter. The segment that is in progress might be available in the previous translation editor. Could you please switch to the previous editor and check if it's there? – Go to the top right corner of the translation editor – Click the gear icon – Enable the option “Use the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor.” - Check if there is any segment that is in progress.
