This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where two links in a translation box on their website were not saving and locking correctly. This problem prevented the translation progress bar from showing 100%, instead displaying only 4% in orange without a corresponding bar.
Solution:
While preparing to provide access for further investigation by our team, the client rechecked the issue and found that it had resolved itself, with the translation bar now correctly showing 100% and allowing publication.

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend double-checking the functionality after some time or after a refresh, as some issues may resolve on their own. However, if the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to save a translation on my site hidden link using WPML. A single box with three links is giving me problems.

Symptoms:
Two of the links refuse to save and lock, preventing the translation bar from showing 100%. It shows 4% in orange, but there is no orange bar alongside any of the translated boxes.

Questions:
Why are two of the links refusing to save and lock?
How can I get the translation bar to show 100%?

I do not know what happened but while setting up access for you, I decided to double check the issue. Today, the bar was 100% and allowed me to publish.

Bizarre but I am thankful it fixed itself.

Thanks,
Angie
